Voicemail Lite not working

I've just installed an IP Office 500 and I'm trying to get Voicemail Lite to work. I've installed it on a server and run it. I've set the voicemail type to Lite/Pro and the IP address to the IP of the server (which is on the same network segment).

If I run System Status, it shows:
Voicemail type: none
Licenses:
Total number of voicemail ports: 0

I've tried rebooting the system and the server running Voicemail. What am I doing wrong here?!

System is running 4.2(4)
Voicemail Lite is 2.1(4)

Think Voicemail Lite on IP 500 requires profesional license.
Could that be the problem?

Damn, not what I wanted to hear. Oh well, thanks for at least solving the mystery for me. At least I can stop trying to make it work.
