For CO Connection, the program number is 400.
For outward co access the codes are 405-407, Day/night/Lunch
For inbound ringing 408-410, Day/Night/Lunch.
If yuo need the programming manual, give me an email
address and I will send it to you.
Another point to Note,
If you have installed the latest programming tool,
the is sometimes an issue with the latest tool
connecting to systems with ver 3 or lower on
KXTDA with CTI Cards. I dont know what model
you are connecting to but try upgrading to
the latest MPR file.
This issue happens...
also check your settings in the smdr options.
set the RC condition and AN Condition to "Print".
this will show additional lines for the same call
1 line for recieved and addirional line for Answered.
If you dil'd CO5 to Extension 120, Have you checked that 120 is assiged to the the jack number you dil'd on co 5.
Another option is to disable Parellel connect for the same jack
if a 7k series phone was previoulsy connected.
then all the co's are restricted from been accessed by jacks 11 to 24. you will need to enable them in programming, CO Out Day, Co Out Night and CO Out Lunch.
That system is dying.

Let them bite the bullet and change it before it bites the dust

I dont think the problem is with the BCM. I would expect it is with the Telco. They control what Numbers are sent to the call receiver. If you have a PRI Tester you should be
abe to see what numbers the system is sending.
