Customer has existing Digital Super Hybrid carded as 6 x 24

Only jacks 1 - 9 will allow outgoing dial tone access.

For example on jack 11 I performed a * 79 clear
Did not help

What do I do now?

if you dial 9 and get a busy tone, it is blocked for co access, if it is giving you a line then when you dial it is call barred in cos
do you have access to main programming?

Dial nine does not give me a dial ton.
Using display phne and pressing CO buttons Display reads Co 1 Co2 CO 3
C O 4.

Only jacks 01 -09 can dial out. jacks 10 -24 cannot. and no dial 9 access

then all the co's are restricted from been accessed by jacks 11 to 24. you will need to enable them in programming, CO Out Day, Co Out Night and CO Out Lunch.

take lines 5 and 6 out of service /make sure they are out of service if not being used and give jacks 10 and above access to lines 1-4 in flexible day night break outgoing line access!!

For CO Connection, the program number is 400.
For outward co access the codes are 405-407, Day/night/Lunch
For inbound ringing 408-410, Day/Night/Lunch.
