S3500 MSS DVD drive won't open. Worked once after a reboot but has since quit. Have a ticket in with Avaya to replace drive but I don't think that is the problem. Developing.

It does not matter which slot the card is in, they are all connected to the TDM bus, the layout your BP describes is the way AT&T used to lay out the carriers; station cards start at the left, trunk cards right, meet in the middle.

It's been a while so bear with me. Somewhere in voice system administration there is a number range defined. Number services administration and call transfer administration should help you out.
I don't think you can do that. The switch is looking for the status of the extension, in the hunt group, to route the call. It doesn't know about the bridged appearance. Set up a 6408 with 8 call-app as an x-port, cover to a cov answer group.
