Intuity Audix LX Voice mail forwarding error

Please help,
We have just installed the above voice mail system.
Everything appears to be execept for users forwarding VM to other extensions. When they try this they get the announcment, "Extension not valid".
Does anyone know why this is happening and how it can be resolved.

It's been a while so bear with me. Somewhere in voice system administration there is a number range defined. Number services administration and call transfer administration should help you out.
