    Thinking it over you could do it this way... First announcment says press one if you live in "State 1, State 2, State 3 or State 4 press1, If you live in State 5, 6, or 7 press 7." Then if they press 1, the message would be "Press 1 for state 1, press 2 for state 2" It would be a long menu...

    Ask them how many digits they are sending you. If you are expecting 4 and they are sending 7 could be a problem.

    When I look at my screen for Incoming Call handling treatment I only see 540 entries. 30 Pages of 18 each. Other then that I think in theory it should work. How many overlaps do you think there will be?

    I applied the Daylight savings patch last week. Now when I log onto the CM Administration, whenever I make a change and hit "reset" or "restart' the phone just sits there and does nothing. Anyone run into this?

    Also try "List tru" This should give you all the trunk groups in your PBX. You can check each one (disp tru <tru#>) and see what lines are in each group.

    That is info you will need from your carrier. If you only have a handfull of Trunk Groups you could just go one by one and test. "List trace tac <tac#>" and then make the call. See if it hits.

    Just to add on to the cell phone conversation... We have just been told by the IRS that anyone who has a company phone will be taxed on 20% of the monthly rate if they do not have a personal cell phone. It is now considered a benefit and therefore taxable.

    Well she didn't have a Send Call button on her phone. And I tried also to use the FAC. But it didn't work. I ended up just removing the station and rebuilding it. But now I know at least where to look! Thanks!
