Ok, I can't seem to figure this one out. I have an agent (8813) who sits at ext. 6813. When you call either the agent or station it goes immediately to the Coverage Path.

The person is not on a call, and is working fine.

The real odd thing is this person can receive calls fine from the ACD group. Only transfered or direct ext calls go to coverage. Any thoughts?

I take it that you have already "status station" to verify send is not active and/or it is not call forwarded?

Here is "sta sta" (what do you mean by send is not active?)

Yes, you have "send all calls" activated

you will have to deactivate by either depressing the active SEND CALLS button on the phone or you should "display features" and deactivate by using the feature access code associated...

Well she didn't have a Send Call button on her phone. And I tried also to use the FAC. But it didn't work.

I ended up just removing the station and rebuilding it.

But now I know at least where to look! Thanks!

Should you run into this again, heres something to make make life a little easier on you. In the "disp fea" feature access codes, their is one you can program thats called
Code:
Remote Send All Calls Activation: xxx Deactivation: xxx
This will let you (with console permissions on your phone) activate and deactivate SAC from your phone.

Saves from having to tear down the station or go to it to deactivate SAC.
