When the CallPilot first came out, they included a 1 seat DM license, but I haven't seen them packing those with the systems for over a year now.
Sometimes you gotta pay if you wanna play.
Handset 69'in is free - lol
On pre 6.0 systems you cannot make CID display on the phone automatically before picking up the handeset.
6.0 and above gives you the programming option "Caller ID Y/N" on a per set basis. Pre 6.0, if the line is programmed as a ringing line on a set, the user can press F811 and see the caller...
Are you using all 23 channels?
If not, have you set "link status" to "near" on the channels that you are not using (also in maintenace heading). This must be done on a PRI circuit in addition to "de-provisioning" the un-used channels.
With Prelude and/or Cinphony software, you can build as much stuff as you like, but it will not work until you click on "Activate Changes"
Not trying to offer a dumb suggestion, but it sounds like you have built your second group.

CallPilot 150 3.0 w/ Enhanced ACD
Trying to upload a sound file.
Sound file was recorded in .wav format.
Opening .wav file w/ CallPilot Player and saving file in Nortel format (the only other save option, its like .vnd or something)
Wjen trying to upload (using CallPilot Manager of course)...
Its not quite that simple...............
You also have to go into Maintenance - Link Status and change the unused B channels status to "near"
If you don't, you will be getting dead air when you try to dial out.
I'm assuming that you are simply decreasing the number of active channels, but...
But only if you call your Telco (dial tone providor) and have Disconnect Supervision added to your lines. Without the telco sending you the disconnect supv signal, setting your trunks to "supervised" in the Norstar is useless.
