your sip trunk issue has nothing to do with that TFTP message (which means no tftp phone upgrade is in progress).

That doesn't make sense though - every single one I've deployed recently has had SSH access enabled by default.
Plus, it worked when it was deployed, and then suddenly it did not.
I use SSH to migrate files from one server to another, quite handy.

^not receiving enough information to troubleshoot a problem seems like a common theme in this line of work.

Extremely annoying issue I've seen on several systems.
I have an 11.1.2.4 application server running in hyper-v.
I can go to the console of the hyper-v and login with Administrator and even get to root just fine.
I can exec /opt/Avaya/clish - which is the cli you get when you first SSH into the...
FYI, you can still do ADI key recovery through Avaya One Source. I do it all the time.
I checked this key and it has indeed been converted to PLDS already.
Check the SD card and look for a PLDSkeys.xml file. The IPO should pull this if it's there, automatically, but sometimes it does not.

FYI, if you have "Block Forward" enabled on a user, it will break Avaya Workplace registration for that user. This is on 11.1.2.4
Anyone else run into this?

Well that's really more of a question to the business. What do the 2 extra call paths in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction cost?
