Password Voicemail Pro don't work - App Server

Hello colleagues!

I was logging into voicemail pro using the voicemail client, but the password is not working for me. I am trying with the same one as Administrator in IP Office Manager. Any idea what it could be or how can I change it? I will appreciate all your support.

It should be the same as the admin password. You can try changing it in security settings on the IP Office.
Or default the security settings.
 
If it's properly synced with the IPO, it'll use the IPO Administrator, otherwise it'll use the Administrator that is configured for the application server. They are often not the same password.
