    I'd avoid the Ribbon as it uses 443 from management and you cant change this. May not be a problem with IX but was a killer for Communicator. ASBCE is you best choice for Avaya applications. ACSS (SME)

    Edit: I see they have revised the document in the link. You need to run this command if you want to be able to achieve this; sudo usermod -a -G wheel Administrator You will need to reboot. ACSS (SME)

    In the interest of those who come looking for this, the solution was to disable Call Waiting on the extension. For clarity, Busy on Held did not but it was a good suggestion. ACSS (SME)
