Hi All,
I have a quick question as the Avaya documentation is not that great on this particular subject. I have a customer who wants to stop calls coming through on IX Workplace when that user has someone on hold. Now I have tried bringing them down to only two line appearances and setting 'reserve last CA' however they said this didn't work. To verify this I ran the test with my extension and did confirm this doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas?
