The fusers from the different rebadged Fuji-Xerox 'Renoir' Engine all used compatable fusers (just a different combination of cutout plastic lugs underneath to make the appear 'specific'). We did not encounter the option to buy the lamps seperatly although if the lamp has failed good chance is...
Check the RHS of the tray - you will find some cutouts in the side at the front. Wear & tear tends to cause the correct 'fills' to pop out thus confusing the machine.

Sounds like you may be loosing temp out of the p/head possibly caused by a misalignment. There should be no need to adjust the 850 (only the 840) do you know if this has ever been done?
There should not be a problem doing this. Just remember the poorer the quality of label the more likely they are to peel off or execss glue squidge out & start to gum the machine up.
Be very careful with this sensor as it seems to be very prone to static damage when handled. At the very least ensure you are at the same static level as the machine chassie although do not leave the powerlead plugged into the machine as the mains switch does not fully isolate the unit and a...
What errors are being generated? I had a simmiler problem using an SMTP library - the problem was I needed to add the relevent dll onto the client machine
OK my mistake - I'm sure the system slowed down when I used the sleep command as at the time I couldn't see any difference between using that & creating a predefined duration null loop. Must have been something else influencing :)
I've had a look & it seems a good thread on timer use was...
I am after a method whereby a given form automatically refreshes the data displayed on it after approx 5min. I've looked into using sleep etc. but this method is rather too resource heavy. Is there any other way this can be done considering that the form may not have any other activity occur on...
Don't lube plastic bearings or the shafts as they are self lubricating (unless worn out). The matrix head can be cleaned with IPA (or whatever subsitute RS components are selling these days). Be careful of some of the sprays as when sprayed on plastic casing can cause surface melting &...
Give more weight to a personal recomendation that to a review. The QMS Magicolor 330 got raving reviews & voted the MAC best printer awards .... who voted you ask cos it was not the users or the bulk of them anyway. The review came out before many machines had hit the field and 95% of people...
The Drum/Transfix assembly can be removed as an entity but that would not achive anything. It would very much seem that you are not getting enough oil onto the drum. Check the motion of the maintenance tray lift clutch & cams. Also check the lift arms are they solid or contain a sping in the...
If you swap the ink loader to the 8200 you will end up trashing the p/head on the 8200. A finer filter in the base of the P/head exists within the 8200 compared to the 860 and the Solid Ink was tweeked to suit. Using the less fine Ink of the 860 will clock this filter & cause a before life failure.
Trust me. The engine is NOT up to what Graphic Artists demand. We have maintained this engine under every label since it was released. If you must use the engine go for the Xerox version rather than the Tektronix as a more powerful RIP was employed.
There is a Quick Blow fuse inside the fuser to indicate that it is new. The message is to tell you that although the fuser looks fine it will fail fairly soon as it is now worn out.
