It may be a DNS problem. Try doing a ping to portal.hostgator.com and see if your DNS servers resolve it to (today it was 50.87.240.139) then try the URL in your browser address bar.

it seems odd that the DOC can't use analog phones to release since you can select a digit to release the door but this may just be for the 7100 or 7208 phones.

Curley: only five telephone numbers are dropping the calls, two in the 715 area code, 0ne in the 612 area code, one 800 and one 866

I have a customer that has 5 telephone numbers that dial out get a ringback then drop the call
the Carrier says that the MICS is dropping the call but I cannot see anything that would be causing it
occasionaly the call will connect and work fine
other telephone numbers work fine
the intercom...
Check for a blown fuse on the 12X0 also
