    is the telephone (TN) programmed to Forward (CFW) and Hunt to the Voice Mail DN?

    to start, perhaps you might try printing an 'MWD' (Message Waiting Denied) from the switch and than cross-check against the list of mailboxes. I would eventually do a line-by-line check of all the existing Mailboxes to be sure.

    webster is right; Ld 11 will NOT necessarily tell you where the phone is actually forwarded to at that moment, best way is to CALL THE DN and see where it goes and/or LD 80 trac.

    HOSPITAL? Is it from an area code that would never call the hospital? You might want to block THE SPECIFIC NUMBER instead.

    Don't know if you've solved it yet, but I notice now it is a 500 port TN, Analog Set, for which a SpreCode would be required to first access Speed Call? Is there another ANALOG Speed Call User you could 'copy' from? I'd say try expanding the size of the SCL 07 to 50 and than program entry 32...

    It worked on a Meridian? You want the user to actually dial 32 (for Chicago, eg), 33 (for Miami, eg), 34 (for Los Angeles, eg), etc? If that be the case, simply increase the SCL SIZE to 50 and it will provide the user with entries 00 thru 49 on which to program each phone number.

    if 'Transferring' a call in your case results in a 'CONFERENCE,' couldn't the 'transferer' simply hang up (and it is connected to the 'transferee?')
