I built a Call Pilot app with the goal that when callers to x4339 get busy or no answer, HUNT and FDN are now set to x4396, which is an ACD DN that is NCFW to voicemail (x4170). Call pilot app is set with Service Directory Number 4396.

The app itself starts at a menu (Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish). Each choice goes to an announcement box (an English or Spanish greeting). Each announcement box ends to an express messaging box to mailbox 4339.

It's not working.

On FDN, PBX (CS1000E) gives error: ERR4057 4339 4396

ERR4057
CFNA cannot terminate on the Forward DN (FDN) because the FDN is an
ACD-DN which is not a Message Center, or the set on which the FDN is
defined does not have Message Waiting Allowed (MWA) Class of Service
(COS).
Either redefine the FDN, or give the dialed set MWA COS.
Severity: Minor

On HUNT, the call goes to vmail box 4339 directly (transfers to the vmail x4170) by-passing the ACDN and, therefore, the menu.

Should I be doing something other than an ACD DN as the HUNT/FDN number to get to the voicemail app?

If so, what? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Ok, I think I made this harder than it needed to be.

After trying a phantom TN didn't work, I tried changing the Service DN (SDN) to the user's DN (for some reason I didn't think they could be the same numbers).

That worked. No ACD DN, no phantom TN.
