    Is the line set to Appear&Ring at the fax machine's DN? Also, what is the setting for that DN under Prime Set? I would clear that parameter...or use the fax machine's DN.

    You'll see me suggest this a lot...as it catches a lot of bugs without spending a lot of time trouble-shooting. Have you performed a 'SET COPY' from a working DN that functions similar to how you want his to function? And remember to copy both SYSTEM & USER data. If this fixes the problem...

    Adjust ring time on an agent's phone

    Could only shorten it to 3 rings, and yes, it did affect all calls being sent to any phone. This sure is an over-sight on Nortel's part. Most other ACD softwares allows you to program ringback at the agent level. Global settings do little good here. Oh well...
