customer has caller id trk carth he is having to press f*811 to see who is calling I know there is a auto setting but can't remember how set it. thanks
Under Terminals&Sets, you have to specify whether or not a DN is a 'Caller ID Set'. Change this to 'Y', and you should be all set. Also, make sure you ask the customer whether they want to see the Name, OR the number. Only one will show at first...but not both. Pressing the INFO button displays the other information. Lastly, ask the customer if they want to Log the calls. Some like this feature, some don't.
