CICS Rel 6.1 Fax port

We are using the fax port on the CICS 6.1. We have one phone line plus a distinctive ringing number for the fax machine. The function was working until two days ago. Our current situation, the AA picks up each time the fax number is called. How can I correct this problem?

if it worked until two days ago and stopped for no reason then try a reboot of the ksu.

Is the line set to Appear&Ring at the fax machine's DN? Also, what is the setting for that DN under Prime Set? I would clear that parameter...or use the fax machine's DN.
