Cannot use LINES buttons

One of my phone doesn't work all the lines1, line2, go on.

I changed the phone but the problem still. Anyone know how to fix it????

What system? What phone? Details would be helpful. Have you tried a 'Set Copy'?
 
all my phones are M7424 Norstar
O don't know what system we have here.

I know how to change a few settings on my system, but how can I get SET COPY.

If line 1 and 2 are showing up, it means the DN has probably never been programmed, and the DN is at its default setting.

Each extension that is connected to the system needs to be programmed for a number of things such as; line access, line ringing, fwd settings, CLID, handsfree, pool access, prime line, etc., etc, etc. All of these settings are accessed in system programming. Sometimes set copy is used if you know another DN that is properly programmed, and you would like to "copy" it to the new, defaulted, DN. Set copy is in system programming. If you don’t know what type of system you have, or how to program it, you should probably contact your vendor.
 
I copy the DN and works.
