I have the same issue with two different systems. One is a 3.7 and the other is a 3.5. Fax machine is on a analog port X 285. When sending a fax it will ring X221.Checked all the line assignments and forwarding. I also removed the control set (221)from the lines. Anyone else run into this problem?

I understand that you will hear ringing when agents are avaliable. But when a call distributes to the next step like MOH it rings and I thought you shouldn't hear ringing. Customer does not like that.

Has anyone had this issue? BCM 400 4.0 Fully patched. When calls are being are in que and then distributed to music or all agents are busy you hear 1 or 2 rings. All other CC's I've done you never hear ringing the calls go right to the next step. Anyone have any thoughts?

Core 261 is included in SU 19.

Which SU patch did you install? I had the same problem with SU 18. Problem was fixed with SU 19

The last RCC patch I see is 370.252RCC that came out on 3-25-08

Also assuming this is a 400 make sure you load the latest core patch 261.core

Have you loaded the latest desktop patch? I had the same problem. After I loaded the Desktop patch I had to delete my Element manager then install it again.
