Fax issue

I have the same issue with two different systems. One is a 3.7 and the other is a 3.5. Fax machine is on a analog port X 285. When sending a fax it will ring X221.Checked all the line assignments and forwarding. I also removed the control set (221)from the lines. Anyone else run into this problem?

Sending or Receiving?

Sending - maybe you have it set to Hotline and dial 221 in Capabilities?
Does a test set on the ATA do the same thing?

Receiving - make sure the target/line is assigned to X 285 only and not 221.
Making a target/line Private will erase any reference if on other sets then you can make it back to Public.

All the above has been checked. Cannot duplicate the issue from a test set. Its only when sending
