Multiple Skillsets

Can you be logged into more than one skillset? Customer wants agents to answer more than one.Any thoughts?

yes agents can be assigned to multiple skillets.
When the agent logs in they select all when the prompt appears..

just make sure the agent is assigned to the skill set in the programing

And that they have sets with softkeys under the display like the M7310,T7316 and most of the IPsets.Makes it easier to select the skillsets.
