    Have you checked your forwarding to make sure that these extensions are only forwarded to VM? Check ALL forwarding. Split, BNA, NA, etc.

    I have used ASTN many times without issues, but, I was told by NTAC not to use the command because it will corrupt memory. I personally have not had any issues and still use it today.

    Go to the phone with the issue and either hit speaker or go off hook with the handset and dial "60" + any digit on the dial pad. "60" is the default code. If it has been changed see the other thread for how to set it.

    One other thing that might be stopping the download is if the cable to load the softkeys is connected to RS1 on the CPU and the modem SW4 on the CPU is on. Turn SW4 off (if it's on) and that will disable the CPU modem. Reboot the VM server and see if that works. If it does be sure to turn SW4...

    Restart the VM server and it will download the softkeys provided the comm link to the PBX is correct.

    DID translation...CMD 760 (translation), 761 (day destination), 762 (night destination). You will need to know the digits and amount of digits being received from the carrier.

    Try resetting your IO-24. Switch it to MB and then bring back on line. That will update the lamps. I would try this first.
