sv8100 unsupervised transfers to external number

i have a sv8100 with a pri. operator gets a station call and transfers to a ldx number. if the operator disc before the called number answers (ldx call) the call is dropped. if the operator stays on the call until the called party answers it works fine. is there anyway to make it work on the first senario?

Build a virtual extension and set it for Call Fwd All to the number you want it to go to.

thanks mercury, the operator is calling different numbers. but we found the problem. like most times the USER! lol.
