I have a local non-profit that wants to add a couple analog cordless phones to a branch office that is currently just running IP sets across a VPN from the main location.
Any recommendations? They key word here is "non-profit" so of course, they don't want to spend money... lol.
would it not suffice to just announce in VM Pro that the call may be recorded for quality assurance? This is literally what all companies do so they can adhere to the notification rule of call recording. Some states, like Colorado, don't require the party to be notified.
I might have figured out part of the issue.. I don't think the application downloaded the 46xxsettings.txt file when it got installed. Is there a way to force the application to go back and get this file or do I need to do a reinstall?
