VM Pro not connecting to IP Office

Customer had a power outage. All was fine until then. No programming seems to be lost, but the VM Pro won't connect to the IP Office. R11 for both. VM Pro is running on windows server 2012. Firewalls are turned off.

Any ideas?

 
Restart the service was probably done so I won't go there

Restart the IPO again

Default the security settings and try again then.
It seems that 11 in the later releases has some issues after power outages

I defaulted the security settings. restarted everything.. still no go..

 
Can you install it on a different PC and the try if that work.
That way you are if it is the IPO or the server.

Westi.. I am in that process right now. I will keep you posted.
 
Depending on the version of R11 you may need exactly a 31 character password that needs to be set in the IPO and the VM Pro.
