ideally, if cost effective, it is always good have local routes and then dedicated LD. Then, they can both be Entry 1 opposite each other on the RLIs to back each other up.

You can if you have Symposium or AACC, but it is usually a waste of time, as sending diff CLID, or unknown, track phones, etc make it about impossible to effectively block.

you manipulate your known on-net calls with the off-net scenerios using DMIs so you strip digits, and insert the correct strings, the use can dial incorrectly all they want too, and you can route them correctly. common practice for both on-net dialed as off-net and vice-versa.

you did add the new number to the CP SDN table and point to new app right? Have to ask, I have added to CP before and not PBX, and vice-versa a time or two...

onthe MTE PC screen - go to 11.-Parameter Administration - Sub menu 2.-Supervisor Definition
They you can edit/delete/reset pwd etc.
onthe MTE TTY go to Basic Capacity Configuration, you will see expected and measured Supervisors, but can also see them from PC Interface above.
