Block Annyoing Calls

Our company has been receiving annoying calls from 2 numbers all day today. Is there a way to place a block through the phone switch. I called Quest and the Rep told me we would have to activate a service which will take 3-5 business days. Thanks.

We have a CS1000e switch.

You can if you have Symposium or AACC, but it is usually a waste of time, as sending diff CLID, or unknown, track phones, etc make it about impossible to effectively block.
