    Don't use the MIC input, use the line-level input. If the amp does not have a line-level input it should be replaced with one that does. Or you can purchase a mic-to-line level PAD.

    The cabinets need to re-sync. You must turn the systems off, unplug all amphenols and RJ-11s, turn back on (at the same time), then you can immediately plug everything back in. In about 1-2 mins the cabinets will work fine. Oh, and go buy a UPS.
