I agree with all here. The Headset shipped with the i2050 is not very good - Expensive though. Nortel could have gotten a better supplier for that.

You should be able to check it with Element Manager.

Hey Guys Is there a way to printout who all is using a ACD License? What I normaly do is print a TN Dump. Capture it and display it in Excell. I then Fileter and look for the prompt of AST. Is there another way? Thanks Riaan

You can utilize it from you normal session i.e when you are logged into the merdian you wil have the > prompt type ax then enter make sure you are using vty 100 it should bring you logon screen

works now - it defenitly does not like xfa - tried cfxa - and for some strange nortel reason it works..... never to young or to old to learn something.

What you can do is go to a 2000 machine where the USB audio kit works. Do a search for the usbaudio.sys file. Copy it from there and paste it in exactly the same location as on the working machine. I used to be a desktop technician so working with windows has taught me quite a bit....seeing you...
