i2004 Unable to transfer

Hey guys.
I have a new i2004 phase 2 phone. I am unable to transfer calls from it. I try change the cls to xfa - like a digital set but no luck.
Has anyone had this.

try cfxa call forward external allowed, might be seeing that as an external trunk

works now - it defenitly does not like xfa - tried cfxa - and for some strange nortel reason it works..... never to young or to old to learn something.
