HI

Can anyone tell me why when i call a number the name is not coming up and sometimes vise versa ? is there something in the CLS thats blocked ?

Yes. You need to enable the following in the cls of al the phones with displays.
nama cnia cnda
that should sort it out

that can also be blocked from the called party
