Call Pilot 3.1 allows the mailbox to have page access in the admin level (when you do F983 and select Mbox, add or chng.)
It will also allow you to set up outdial so you can have the mailbox set to transfer a call to their cell phone when out of the office.
Check the install and coordinators...
Is the NAM still 'alive' - if you go back to it after it stops is the fan running? I'm wondering if it's overheating, if the fan has locked up, and so on.
OK, checked COS and all DN's have link trans on, the ACDN is in a COS that allows outbound transfer. When I tested it I get the ACD to trans fer to the phone, it rings on the cell phone and when the cell phone answers callers still hear ringing, the called party gets silence.

They have sales members that take calls on weekends and nights, they have to be evenly distributed so they want to be able to log in through the ACD - not all members are always on call. We're doing a call forward, not line redirection so that even if they are off sight during the day and the...

For Caller Name & Number delivery (Outbound Caller ID) the provider will have to provide it. I know for a long time they couldn't but they should be able to now.
If it was a SmartTrunk it would be 23B + 1D PRI...
