Every time I try to use fast rad 2 it locks up the acd on a call pilot 150. System is MICS with 7.0. Any suggestions???

How are you accessing the RAD? Target line? OP tran? Direct connect?

Connecting through direct connect. Have checked all b1 and b2 DNs of Call Pilot to make sure there is no conflict with fast rad. I need help. Thanks everybody!!

Let me clarify - this is a fast rad 2 the DN is 380. I am using my PC on site (one of the customers) to connect with the RS-232 cable. The MICS is 7.0 XC with 2 ASM's on module 3 and 0x16's on 4-7 and 9. there is a PRI in module 8 along with the 2 in the cabinet.
Any time I am accessing the RAD the Call Pilot will lock up - its a CP100 with 8 ports and 100 seat ACD.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using Remote Set, or the browser? And are you running NRU 11? I have never seen this problem, but it has my interest. Make sure your cross connects are good for the Call Pilot ports and nothing is touching the RAD port.
Make sure that you don't have unnecessary programming on the RAD DN, and perhaps, try connecting remotely. Try calling the RAD DN from another set.

We're using Browser - but the Remote set did the same thing, and we are using NRU11. I've got to go out and add another 0x16 so I'll see if it will work right by dialing in then.

Cant get it to answer when dialed?! Isn't there a reset switch on this (I'm thinking about wiping the memory and then initializing it.)
