Hi, can someone please help me. I am trying to install an IA770 on an 8300 server loaded with CM5. The problem i have is that the Audix service fails to start. it looks like the old CM3 problem. I have tried to reload the s/w a couple of times thanks in advance

you shouldnt have to do any of this if your country specific code is set correctly

which systemis it? Have you set your sync source? what type of port is it 2500/K2500? receiving a fax from another country dosnt have a bareing on the problem. plug an analog phone into the socket and see if you can make and receive calls

have you tried looking at the Time of Day routing in the COR, maybe extn 14001 is programmed to dial out through a different route pattern at different time of the day

An update from tier4 regarding the FW2.8.3 rpm tar file for CM3.X software load is still pending . In the mean time we found an workaround while testing in Lab. If you had already uploaded and installed FW 2.8.3 (46xxH323_cm4_0_ipt2_8_3_100107.tar) you will have to re-image the server OR...
