IA770 with S8300 and CM5

Hi, can someone please help me.
I am trying to install an IA770 on an 8300 server loaded with CM5. The problem i have is that the Audix service fails to start. it looks like the old CM3 problem.
I have tried to reload the s/w a couple of times

do you have the IP trunks, signalling group etc, built in CM? have you followed the IA770 installation manual? the IA770 won't come up without having the CM side properly administered. Also, make sure the IA770 integration address is setup when you go through the wizard, or run "configure server"

I have setup about 7 or so CM5 S8300's on G350's, G450's, and G700's, I havn't had any issues so far...

thanks for replying.

Yes i have have followed the book and i have got my ip trunks etc, i also have my audix ip address in configure server too.

any further ideas?
