They should be on (pulsing) during the warm up and some during printing.

All the internal parts are the same except the print head, power control board, and the main board.

Do not adjust the head on an 850 on up. (only 840) It is possible for a drum heater not working to cause this error but not very likely. The bulbs are cheap so I would try that first if you dont think they are working.

It is probably stuck in the preheat entry sensor. Remove the drum heater and you should find it.

Does it have an LTA on it? If so reseat the connection for the lta. If not pull the paper tray out and inspect the board behind the tray. make sure it isnt loose and doesnt have any loose connections. Make sure all the tray guids are set right and that none of the pins on the back side of...

If you are getting it again you need the updated ink loader asm. There was a problem with the sensor flags in the ink loader. Call Xerox.

Turn off that power saver and use intelle ready instead.

List all the other errors too. It could ba a faulty inter lock stitch or something else. Has it been worked on or moved reciently?

Check the DM clutch. See if it has been updated.

Check the process and transfix gears.
