Thanks man. I have this doc from the support site. I was hoping to get an IP Office specific one that walks you through setting up the extension step by step like they have for the SIP Polycoms just to make sure I'm not missing some setting in the extension or user/telephony settings.

The light app just uses FNE codes. They're glorified speed dial buttons. You can install it and try it out but it doesn't work like the preferred app.
I had this happen with one customer recently on 8.1 firmware. We redirected the user's messages to his Gmail account for a few weeks and the issue went away. I think their SMTP server was corrupting the .wav when it relayed it.
I had this happen once. Assuming it had an essential license in the config before the upgrade, look at an old config and copy the essential license and paste it into the system. I had it disappear from the config on an upgrade a few weeks ago. Strange.
budbyrd is right. Call FWD hunt group calls is not supported with collective or collective call waiting. Click Help on that page in manager and you'll see it.
I had this happen when upgrading from 8.1 to 9.0. I believe the fix was to delete and recreate the EnhTcpaService user and re-create it in security settings.
We recently installed a site with CCR and Nortel 7316 phones. The only CCR related problem was that when agents using Nortel phones set their phone in Busy/NA they are not prompted for a Reason code. Users with Avaya phones are prompted for the codes.
