Has anyone successfully connected one of these yet? I can't find an IP Office specific installation guide for this phone. When I try to log it in the connection to the SIP server keeps dropping. This is in a lab environment; phone and IP Office plugged into the same switch, same network and VLAN.

This is all it see in Monitor; not sure what to try next. 10.100.61.101 is the phone.

Thanks man. I have this doc from the support site. I was hoping to get an IP Office specific one that walks you through setting up the extension step by step like they have for the SIP Polycoms just to make sure I'm not missing some setting in the extension or user/telephony settings.

I tried looking for one as well. I sweat I've seen it before. I could finally be losing it though.

Have you tried using TCP instead of TLS?
Easier to get that working first since you see all packets, when it's up and running you can change to TLS.

Turning off TLS on the SIP registrar Layer 4 Protocol did it. Good call janni.
