Avaya CCR Licenses all in use

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone can answer this.

Our client is using CCR and quite often the supervisors are unable to login due to all licenses being in use.

I know this is caused by supervisors not logging out properly and just closing the browser so they could take up multiple licenses.

I am just wondering if you know if you can restart a particular service it would solve this or should you just reboot the full server?
 
You can restart only one service. But I don't know which one at the moment.

If I'm not mistaken something like the connection service
