IP Office 500v2 8.1 (69) CCR using Nortel Phones

Customer is looking to upgrade from a Norstar and re-use their T7316e phones on a IP Office 500v2 8.1 (69) with CCR.

Anyone know if there are any problems with the Nortel T7316e phones and CCR Agents?
 
Should work OK. As long as you can tick CCR user, then all should be well.

We recently installed a site with CCR and Nortel 7316 phones. The only CCR related problem was that when agents using Nortel phones set their phone in Busy/NA they are not prompted for a Reason code. Users with Avaya phones are prompted for the codes.
 
Best advice is avoid CCR at all costs and avoid using Nortel/Norstar handsets whenever possible....if we're being honest :)

but if you have to they kinda work. But stay really away from their 1100 series phones as their functionality has been castrated to hell on Avaya systems
