We posted a fairly detailed explanation describing this bug here: https://atcomsystems.ca/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/646464/re-ipo-r11-1-3-1-0-no-audio-to-j1xx-phone#Post646464
Essentially the PBX fails to send a SIP INVITE to the phone in the cases where audio fails. The phones in this state...
It's worked pretty seamlessly every time we've done this.
When you go to Menu>Settings>Bluetooth from the phone UI does it look like you can turn Bluetooth on? That's also the area you would normally pair from...

You can download the cert by browsing to https://1.2.3.4/WebRootCA.pem
The file itself is uploaded through security settings.

There is a Linux procedure for resetting the Root password of a UCM - it involves changing the GRUB parameters just after the BIOS screen. Once you're into the command line, you can reset the Administrator password for Voicemail Pro by deleting the password file. After that, you can safely reset...
What you describe is double NAT, but it should work as long as the 2 networks have different IP ranges.
Use System Status to see if the IP Office can ping 8.8.8.8 - if not, the issue is likely in the router serving the Avaya system. The other, less likely possibility, is that the campus network...
Embedded vmail can take much longer to come back online after a reboot if you have many mailboxes with many (even deleted) messages. We've seen it take upwards of 25 minutes.

I second the notion that the power supply may be failing. It sounds like the PCI card power drops low enough to cause the phone to go dark, but not fully reboot. This would explain the "Disconnect from Originator End" message as well.

I believe the biggest thing is to add "SET TLSSRVRID 0" in 46xxspecials.txt
If this step is viewed as a security risk, you would need to go through 46xxsettings.txt and find any references to the server edition IP address. You would then create 46xxspecials.txt lines that point to the FQDN...
That is correct I'm afraid. The older versions of IPO only allowed an IP address for the SMTP server. The only way to get around it is to setup a mail proxy running on a local server (beyond the scope of this forum).

You might want to reboot the whole thing to see if it causes the VMpro to accept the new cert. I suppose you could just try restarting the VMpro service as well...

Ask the Avaya Business Partner for the FL # which will then allow you to order the 11.1 upgrade license under the same hierarchy. Once you have the 11.1 upgrade LAC the PLDS system will automatically allow the existing licenses to be managed at the same time, although you'll still need help from...
Your method should work - it seems IPO upgrades the config.cfg file as needed. You could even pre-install the PLDS license file by renaming it (look on an existing system to see the filename) and storing it on the new SD card.

Your Gmail account needs to have 2 factor authentication turned on, then you can go into settings and add an "app password".
