Voicemail Pro Down

Have IPO SE 11.1.2.0 Primary & Secondary severs, was altering the SM trunks to TLS, I setup SCEP manually and produced the Certs, enabled TLS and trunks straight up. Then noticed issue with Voicemail Pro, in system status can see Voicemail Type None against both servers. Tried changing the Password in Manager Security Settings and in the Web Manager Voicemail Pro - System Settings (Only offered for the Primary server, couldn't use the VMPro Client for either server as the Password field was greyed out).
 
You might want to reboot the whole thing to see if it causes the VMpro to accept the new cert. I suppose you could just try restarting the VMpro service as well...

Managed to connect with the client to the secondary server and put the new password in, now see:

Primary server System Status
Voicemail Type: Voicemail Pro
Server Status: Backup Active
Under Trunks / Link: Voicemail Pro Connection failure

Secondary Server System Status
Voicemail Type: Centralized
Server Status: Inactive

 
Ok now officially confused to F$*k, restarted the Primary VMPRO service again (Done it a few times while changing passwords etc.) and still same, then after about 10-15 mins the link alarm cleared and the VM went active, call in ok.
