Is the system actually shutting down or rebooting? Any error messages before it shuts down? If its just shutting down then I've had the same problem and it was the MB.

When you uninstalled the software did you deleted the Program file folder? I performed reinstalled that didn't work before because I didn't delete the Program Files folder. Also you can try a mailbox clean up.
