Facebook, Twitter and all other social media will require dev work.
First things first, OpenMedia will not do native responses from agents. What I mean is that OpenMedia is like an "activator" (I could probably come up with a better word, but it works for now). It will launch whatever interface...
A few notes that I'm aware of for the EX.
EX will have no blocking, that is it is IP straight onto the ISDN, FXS, FXO cards. No more E2T resources contstraints
8 ports for modules but require a seperate DSP if you have FXS, FXO unless there is also a PRI card installed.
It is meant to be a...
This is normal if you are using NuPoint in MiCollab. The network element setup in the Micollab USP is what populates this field. You should NOT try and change the IP from with NuPoint web console. You MUST change it in the MiCollab USP, network element tab
If this is an inbound number that rings on the call center path then you could be looking for the proverbial needle...
First thing you need to figure out it when that number is dialed by someone, which if not all of the digits actually is presented to your system. In other words does your telco...
Did this meany years ago with a path and RADS. You can use a path with the RAD in there. Once the RAD is played do an interflow and basically point it to nothing.
Apologies if I'm missing some of the details. It really has been like 8 years ago since I used this.
Your problem is that the browser and server cannot agree on the encryption algorithm to use. Simply put either your browser needs to support an older version or you server a newer.
Firefox, typically to be more secure, will at times remove these cyphers they deem to be unsafe or not secure enough.
Search this forum. Has been a common issue for years. I think even the online helpfile might have a description of the problem.
Has something to do with vm appearance buttons I've I remember correctly
Think it has something to do with the fact that the RAD has started playing. MOH then kicks in regardless.
I've used ACD as AA many times before but I haven't been in the field for going on 7 years so my memory is hazy on this.
Try an ACD without RAD (I know it's pointless since the RAD plays...
I'm a little fuzzy on the dynamic status title but I think it only shows in a meeting in your comment section.
You have to configure you calendar integration to select the appropriate dynamic status. see attached...
Goto MiCollab server and click on MiCollab Client (this is version 7)
click on configure Micollab Client Service
Goto default account settings:
select the checkbox for "enable ACD features in client"
This is only for traditional ACD agents, can't be used with hotdesking
goodluck
For what it's worth...MBG limits are based on concurrent streams/call/taps.
Each type of call, compressed vs non-compressed for instance will add different load on the system.
MBG is more CPU intensive (referring to actual resources) and of course as everyone has pointed out - bandwidth.
Hi,
I haven't worked on NuPoint in ages. I can't seem to get a line group call flow to play.
Requirement is a night message controlled by switchboard with night1 or 2 mode.
My thinking is a simple call flow with a message, so once in the correct mode the system will reroute to the message...
Thanks to all the replies and detail.
I've managed to get this working now however a few more questions if you are willing to entertain me ;)
- Is it possible to test the feature by using an internal extension? I have a line group configured as Dial by Name (Call Director). If I dial from...
No, Never used the AA before.
Extension works fine if you dial it directly.
NuPoint is a MAS 5 SP2 installation....
Not sure how line group can be configured - is there something I can check?
Thanks in advance
