First things first, OpenMedia will not do native responses from agents. What I mean is that OpenMedia is like an "activator" (I could probably come up with a better word, but it works for now). It will launch whatever interface you need in order to respond, converse etc to the other party.
OpenMedia therefore is just a means to trigger and transport a "notification" to the agent. Once the agents selects, it will launch the correct interfaces.
Very short answer, you will need some sort of middleware to talk to MiCC and whichever social media.
