I'm using ACD path interflow list for an Auto-Attendant on a MCD 3300 Rel 7.2 AX

When I choose an option that refers to an internal extension, the call transfers properly but the caller is hearing music on hold instead of ringback.

I've checked the COS option for Music on Hold on transfer for all COS's and it is off.

Any thoughts

I've seen this before, I think my fix was to use a ringback file as MOH. I have a good Mitel double ring wav if needed

Not an option for me

Moh is in use for proper purpose

The AX is extremely limited for space for MOH

I ONLY HAVE 9 seconds left

My ringback is only the double ring, my silence is a second. Good that it repeats

Not to be a pain but you can't tenant ACD groups and the PRI trunks need to play the proper music.

As nothing else is involved with the call, I have no Idea how you propose to do this.

ACD will play what is programmed. Users will play what they give as MOH, trunks play their tenant

Kind of like a method to keep Nupoint from playing the blip MOH. Recorded MOH is pause, double ring

==>ACD will play what is programmed.

I disagree,

The Issue occurs once I press the digit for Path Interflow. ACD path settings do not apply at that point as the call is no longer in the path.

I'm not trying to hear ringback while in queue. I want ring back after dial out of queue.

No, we agree that acd path moh isn't involved. My method was trunks in a tenant with their own MOH, acd path will play MOH as programmed except when hitting the dialing list, all other users play their tenant MOH as programmed while call is on hold.

Yeah, I already stated that I can't set the trunks to an independent music source. There are other applications beside this one where that would be a huge issue as I need the trunks to play the system hold music.

Not that that was clearly stated, but what is the scenario where they need to play MOH?

Attendant console hold, parked calls. These don't follow tenanting.

As for being clearly stated...

I hesitate but is it anything to do with the difference between supervised and non supervised calls like the auto attendant? Just a guess?

Think it has something to do with the fact that the RAD has started playing. MOH then kicks in regardless.
I've used ACD as AA many times before but I haven't been in the field for going on 7 years so my memory is hazy on this.

Try an ACD without RAD (I know it's pointless since the RAD plays the AA message) but at least you'd be able to confirm my theory.

Thanks everyone, I've exhausted all of my tricks on this and I intend to open a ticket with mitel.

I'll let you know if this is design intent or not
