A bit bizarre this one endend up pointing the ACDDN's DIRECT to the main site SDN rather than the CP main DN which had always been set up & working for those remotes that SDN is pickung up & is working as it should now !! Still wouldn't mind your take guys Cheers!!

Your incoming calls I would suggest are just showing the Route ACOD (AccessCode) '3004' and Channel/Member '23' Cheers!!

I wonder if you've got it ? You see TARG is the Route and TGAR is the Phone, so if they match you have the restriction on dialling that particular Route's Access Code 'ACOD' Cheers!!

Maybe double check the EHT (External Hunt) EFD (External Forward) as well as the phones CLS profile Cheers!!
