Yep, thanks for your take my friend...That was the case before the change
I'm now pointing the ACDDN's to the actual SDN not the CDN Main...Still scratching
my head that is !!
Cheers!!
A bit bizarre this one
endend up pointing the ACDDN's DIRECT to the main site SDN rather than
the CP main DN which had always been set up & working for those remotes
that SDN is pickung up & is working as it should now !!
Still wouldn't mind your take guys
Cheers!!
Chaps need your valued advise
Have an issue with SDN's been working fine & think the issue has popped up since
a recent INI on the switch Rls 5.5 CS1K M MG with 600 SP Server (MGate)
SDN's already set aren't recognising the remote sites set as ACD NCFW to the CPilot (Central) anymore ?
Steps...
Also try setting MCR (MGR) / MCN (Sec) MultiCall Ringing & Non Ringing
to make it easier when tranferring calls back
SCR (SingleCallRinging) line is set and its usually best to use CallPickUp (Group)
in that scenario when Mgr/Sec filtering, transferring back etc
There are other MGR/SEC...
Sounds like 'EES Key' (End to End Signalling) if is not being selected before dialling from 2250 keypad to generate
DTMF Tones, thats if its programmed at all ?
Cheers!!
The inital issue I can see here would be your'D'channel availability and the configuration
including PRI channel members and route/s, Dchannel's can be either onboard your Dual PRI card
or separated to be cabled out to an MSDL Card 4 ports
Cheers!!
TM (Telephone Manager) provides Traffic and Reports along with appropriate filtering
You can run Traffic (Raw Data) and configure an SDI for output and schedule those type of reports
relating to Consoles etc to a Laptop/PC or any other external device providing reports
Have a look at LD 2...
I wonder if you've got it ?
You see TARG is the Route and TGAR is the Phone, so if they match you have the restriction on
dialling that particular Route's Access Code 'ACOD'
Cheers!!
