External calls not going to voicemail

First off, I was appointed the looking over this option 11 system a few months ago, and this Site is a life saver.
I am having an issue with one extension in the building where all external calls do not go to voice mail, but all internal calls do. I checked the cls with a bunch of other extensions and everything matches up. Any suggestions?

Maybe double check the EHT (External Hunt) EFD (External Forward) as well as the phones CLS profile

Where do external calls end up? What is on DN 4000? Your voicemail appears to be 7000 so maybe you just have to change your EFD and EHT to 7000 and problem solved?

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

your external hunt and external forward go to 4000 but internal hunt and forward go to 7000

Sorry, I should have stated that there are 2 companies working off the same system.
Company B message is on 4000. Problem is when (main) reception transfers, after a few rings you hear it transfer to an attendant on Company B side (x4129).
Question: is it like a meridian system where the voice mail has to be initialized by client?

You want me to change the FBA to FBD on DN 4129?
The issue is on DN 4293, and it is already set to FBD.
DN 4293 is forwarding to DN 4129.

sorry---you lost me with all the print outs, I was looking at the wrong set

so you are looking to hunt and fna to 4000 on external calls and that is an ACD que----make sure the ACD que 4000 has MWC=YES (message center)

No its not attached to another phone. The only thing attached is a Companion. I noticed the companion TGAR was set to (1) so I changed to (0) but still no luck. I will post if or when a solution is found. You know its going to be the smallest thing right in front of my face.
